Senior year of high school, Jenny was working as a server. With college coming quickly, she confided in her manager about feeling a bit lost on what to choose as her major. Her manager shared her own college journey and mentioned that she was planning to go back to school to get a degree in Human Resources. Since Jenny is such a people person, and HR is all about people, it could be a great path for her.

After diving into some research, Jenny discovered how HR is like this big umbrella, encompassing so many different aspects, all geared toward the well-being of people within a company. She loved that this major would allow her the freedom to choose the industry she’d work in, while keeping her engaged with people and building strong connections. Now, graduated from college with a degree in Human Resources, she is so excited to explore the world of architecture with K2M.

Jenny joined K2M because she can tell that there is a great culture here. She is excited to become a part of an organization that emphasizes empowerment in everyday life. The core value “Nurture Relationships” really speaks to her. As a people person, she thrives on building strong connections.
