The professor suggested he give recruiting a shot, so he started cold calling into companies to see who would give him a chance. Eventually, he got a shot, and he hasn’t looked back since then. Bruce is passionate about his career because he gets to solve “people problems.” He can help people find an opportunity they’ve been searching for and help a company find the talent they need to take their team to the next level.
