Congratulations Corrie and Lori!

We are very pleased to announce the well-deserved promotions of Corrie Malkowski to Director of Engineering and Lori Kreke to Director of Interior Design. Corrie has consistently exhibited solid leadership qualities, guiding the engineering team with insight, empathy, and a commitment to excellence. Her ability to inspire and mentor team members has not only enhanced project outcomes but also cultivated a culture of collaboration and innovation within our engineering department. As Director of Engineering, Corrie will continue to prioritize the development of the team, empowering them to achieve their full potential and drive project success forward.

Similarly, Lori’s promotion to Director of Interior Design reflects her outstanding talent for cultivating creativity and fostering growth within her team. Her approachable leadership style, combined with a passion for mentorship, has empowered her team to explore new ideas and coach the ID team to accomplish a high level of client satisfaction. Lori will continue to champion the professional development of her team, ensuring that each member has the support and resources needed to thrive in their roles.
