Trevor Austin, K2M’s Director of Project Management

For the past 15 years, Trevor Austin has served in project controls Leadership positions, most recently as the Director of Project Controls/Management. He brings his extensive experience, dedication, and passion for excellence to this crucial position at K2M.

Leading a team of Project Managers across K2M’s regions and markets, Trevor brings a depth of experience in remote team management, design workshop execution, technical decision-making, and design development oversight. Trevor is a Certified Design-Build Professional (DBIA) and is a Fellow, Health Facility Institute (FHFI) signifying his mastery of HFI learning objectives.
