After assessing client facilities, we identify projects based on energy savings impact, cost-effectiveness and return on investment. Our professionals provide detailed cost estimates, lifecycle cost analysis, and cash flow models. Our services include audits, maintenance, and retrofit studies to minimize energy consumption. We create a baseline energy model using site visits, bills, interviews, and existing documentation, which is then adjusted to reflect actual usage, and model improvements associated with recommended projects.
