Bruce’s path into talent acquisition began with a simple conversation. After asking a college professor about career options, he was encouraged to try recruiting and started cold calling companies until one gave him a chance. He hasn’t looked back since. What drives Bruce is the opportunity to solve “people problems.” He finds meaning in connecting candidates with opportunities they’ve been searching for and helping companies secure the talent they need to elevate their teams.

Bruce first worked with K2M as a consultant, an experience that made his decision to join full-time an easy one. He saw firsthand that K2M is an organization built around great people. Today, as People Team Manager, he mentors his team and cultivates lasting relationships across the firm.
