Rachel is a born problem solver, and she loves it. She’s particularly drawn to K2M’s core value to Go Forward, with a drive to adapt and change continuously. “Being stuck in the old ways or in a certain mindset can have serious drawbacks both in professional and personal ways,” she says. Rachel’s love of math and science was inspired by growing up in a family full of engineers – including her dad, who was also an electrical engineer. When she’s not working on K2M projects, Rachel enjoys hiking, baking, drawing, gaming, and playing with her son.
